Welcome to VetPYQ. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VetPYQ website, including its educational content, previously asked questions, mock tests, government-job information, subscription services, and other resources.
By accessing or using VetPYQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or its services.
1. About VetPYQ
VetPYQ is an educational platform designed primarily for veterinary students, veterinarians, BVSc & AH degree holders, and candidates preparing for veterinary examinations and government recruitment examinations.
VetPYQ may provide:
- Previously asked questions (PYQs) from veterinary examinations
- Answers and explanations where available

2. Acceptance of These Terms

VetPYQ is intended primarily for individuals preparing for veterinary examinations and related government recruitment examinations. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to purchase or subscribe to paid services.
If you are below the age at which you can legally enter into a paid subscription agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use paid services only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person.
4. Educational Content
VetPYQ provides educational material for examination preparation. This may include previously asked questions, answers, explanations, practice questions, mock tests, study material, examination information, and other resources.
Educational content is provided for study and preparation purposes only. VetPYQ does not guarantee that any particular question, topic, or subject will appear in a future examination.
Mock tests and practice questions are intended to help users assess and improve their preparation. Scores or results obtained on VetPYQ should not be interpreted as a prediction or guarantee of performance in an actual examination.
5. Previously Asked Questions (PYQs)
VetPYQ organizes previously asked questions from various veterinary examinations to make them easier to practice and study.
We make reasonable efforts to present examination questions and related information accurately. However, formatting, transcription, categorization, answer keys, or other details may occasionally contain errors or differences from the original examination material.
Where an official examination paper, answer key, notification, or other authoritative source is available, users should refer to that source for official verification.
6. Government Job and Recruitment Information
VetPYQ may provide information about government veterinary positions in India, including Veterinary Officer, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Surgeon, Livestock Development Officer, and other related designations used by different states and government departments.
Job listings may include current, upcoming, and previous vacancies, eligibility requirements, examination information, important dates, application information, official notification links, PYQs, mock tests, and other related resources.
Government recruitment information can change without notice. VetPYQ does not guarantee that any vacancy, examination, deadline, eligibility requirement, number of posts, or other recruitment information will remain unchanged or will always be completely accurate or current.
Users should always verify important recruitment information directly from the relevant government department, Public Service Commission, recruitment authority, or official notification before applying or making any decision.
7. Free and Paid Content
VetPYQ may provide certain content and features free of charge while restricting other content or features to paid subscribers.
We reserve the right to determine which content is free and which content requires a subscription. We may change, expand, restrict, or discontinue free or paid content at any time.
Access to paid content is subject to the subscription plan, payment status, and other applicable conditions associated with that subscription.
8. Subscriptions
VetPYQ may offer access to certain content and features through paid subscriptions.
Subscription pricing, duration, included features, and other applicable terms will be presented through the relevant subscription interface at the time of purchase or subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable subscription or payment provider to process the transaction according to the terms presented during the purchase process.
VetPYQ may use Google Reader Revenue Manager and associated Google services to provide subscription and paid-access functionality. Subscription transactions and related information may therefore be subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
9. Subscription Access
A paid subscription generally provides access only to the content and features included in the applicable subscription plan.
Subscriptions are intended for the individual subscriber unless the applicable subscription plan expressly permits otherwise.
You must not share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or otherwise provide your subscription access to another person unless expressly permitted by VetPYQ.
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a subscription is being misused, shared improperly, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
10. Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds
Subscription renewal, cancellation, payment, and refund terms may depend on the subscription system and payment provider used by VetPYQ.
If a subscription is managed through Google or another third-party subscription provider, cancellation and other subscription-management actions may need to be completed through the applicable provider’s account or subscription-management system.
Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable subscription terms, payment-provider policies, and applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payment for a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund merely because you did not use the available content or features.
11. Changes to Subscriptions and Pricing
VetPYQ may modify subscription plans, pricing, included features, content availability, or other subscription terms from time to time.
Where required, applicable changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated through the relevant subscription system or other reasonable means.
12. User Accounts
If VetPYQ provides user registration or account functionality, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VetPYQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use VetPYQ for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or databases
- Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access controls
- Share or distribute paid content without authorization
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially redistribute VetPYQ’s proprietary content without permission
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar methods to systematically extract substantial amounts of content without our permission
- Upload malicious software, harmful code, or content intended to compromise the website or its users

14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the VetPYQ website, including its branding, logo, website design, original text, original explanations, mock tests, question organization, compilations, graphics, layout, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to VetPYQ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use VetPYQ content for personal, non-commercial educational and examination-preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from VetPYQ’s original content without prior written permission.
15. Previously Published Examination Material
Some examination questions, answer keys, government notifications, names, logos, or other materials referenced on VetPYQ may belong to their respective examination authorities, government departments, publishers, or other rights holders.
VetPYQ does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is referenced, reproduced where permitted, summarized, organized, or discussed on the website.

16. Copyright Concerns

18. No Guarantee of Examination or Employment Results
Use of VetPYQ does not guarantee success in any examination, recruitment process, interview, selection process, government job, or other professional opportunity.
Past examination questions, mock-test scores, preparation resources, or any other material provided by VetPYQ should not be considered a guarantee or prediction of future examination questions or results.
19. No Professional or Government Advice
VetPYQ is an educational resource and is not a government department, recruitment authority, Public Service Commission, examination board, or official representative of any government organization unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information published on VetPYQ should not be treated as an official government notification or an official statement from a recruitment authority.
20. Third-Party Websites and Services
VetPYQ may contain links to third-party websites and services, including government websites, examination authorities, Google services, payment or subscription services, educational resources, and other external websites.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices. VetPYQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, privacy practices, or functionality of third-party websites or services.

We aim to keep VetPYQ available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of VetPYQ, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or violation of applicable law.
25. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to VetPYQ or particular features if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the website, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to circumvent access restrictions, or created a security or legal risk.
